Bringing over 22 years of experience in engineering consultancy, Mohamed Attia co-founded Target in 2010 and led the establishment of its Abu Dhabi and Dubai offices. He has been instrumental in scaling the business and leading multidisciplinary teams across all stages of design and construction. His strategic oversight has shaped the success of major projects across the UAE.
With over 25 years of experience in the engineering and construction sectors, Eng. Marwan Al Marzouqi has built a distinguished career across consultancy, construction, commissioning, EPC, and oil & gas projects. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. His work reflects a consistent commitment to engineering excellence and quality delivery.
