Our targeting strategy focused on high end restaurants to be attracted to open in our project. therefore, we have proposed the utilization of an adjacent area for kids’ playground.
Such area will serve providing visitors with the comfort of placing their kids in the playground area. It will be dedicated to visitors’ use only. We believe such area will be a considerable factor to add attractiveness and entertainment to the project.
Still, we are happy to explore the options with authorities to open it up for public use as per the directions.
The Building Concept was to maximize the rentable area all over teh project which will maximize the overall revenue.
The masses was developed to have additional terraces area for each restaurant, with a main core that serves the restaurant.
Parking was considered to serve the users of the project and we added extra more parking for VIP clients.
