ADNOC Logistics is one of the most growing companies in UAE and they are targeting to expand their operation.
Thats said, they were looking to put all their employees in one building in addition of adding extra space for their expansion.
The ADNOC building is fulfilling this need with consideration to the location, the needs, and the nature of their operations.
Facade was designed to consider the sun path, the offices orientation and overall ventilation, which will reduce the power consumption for A/C.
The building is thoughtfully divided into two wings, connected by a central link that creates a grand and welcoming main entrance.
Architecture plans were designed to show the elegancy of ADNOC with the huge spacious entrance.
The building accommodates up to 1,000 employees and includes modern offices, meeting rooms, lounges, and a fully equipped theater.
